Herbed Sweet Potatoes

Whenever I BBQ I always think to myself, what can I cook as a side dish that requires the grill? Why leave a big open space on the grill when you can fill it with something else that smells delicious! Cooking in foil is one of my favorite ways to make easy recipes. All those delicious juices are trapped inside the foil marinating whatever is inside.

Cooking in foil makes clean up a breeze. Just throw away the foil and you have one less pan to scrub. That is always a good thing in my house!
Grilling these Herbed Sweet Potatoes is an easy recipe. The prep works takes a few minutes but then wrap it in foil, place it on your BBQ, and let it cook. These Herbed Sweet Potatoes are so good! All the kids gave this recipe two thumbs up to make all summer long!

I am a mom to Five Little Chefs who love to cook and create anything with their hands. Watching over 10 additional hands keeps me busy but is so much fun! We laugh and cry everyday, but then want to do it again the next day. That is how we know we are enjoying life!
