Toasted Sesame Balsamic Asparagus

- 1 pound fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 1 Tablespoon white sesame seeds, toasted
- Preheat oven to 550 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place trimmed asparagus on the parchment paper.
- Add olive oil and vinegar on top of asparagus.
- Using your hands roll the asparagus around in the oil and vinegar to fully coat each spear.
- Sprinkle sea salt all over asparagus. Add a few turns of fresh cracked pepper.
- Bake for 6-7 minutes.
- When you remove the asparagus from the oven add the toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve warm.
