Creamy Chicken with Vegetables

- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 16-20 ounces frozen vegetables of your choice
- ½ cup frozen peas
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package wide egg noodles, cooked
- In a large saute pan cook the onions in vegetable oil until translucent.
- Add chicken, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, parsley, marjoram, basil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine well.
- Add vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Cover pan and simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
- Serve over wide egg noodles.
