Creamy Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 16-20 ounces frozen vegetables of your choice
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package wide egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
  1. In a large saute pan cook the onions in vegetable oil until translucent.
  2. Add chicken, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, parsley, marjoram, basil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine well.
  3. Add vegetables. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover pan and simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve over wide egg noodles.
