Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bars

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bars

Just a few tips:

  • Line your 9×13 pan with foil and spray with non stick spray for easy clean up.
  • Use a microwave safe bowl for the peanut butter and condensed milk. Spray the bowl and mixing utensil with non stick spray for easy removal and clean up.
  • Place the bowl containing the peanut butter and condensed milk in the microwave it for 30 seconds. This will make it easier to mix the two together.
  • Lightly press all the ingredients down before placing in the oven to bake. This will help the bar stay together and not be so crumbly when it is eaten.
  • Avoid placing the chips on the very edges of the pan. The bar will brown on the edges first and might give the chips an overcooked burnt after taste.
